Are we, however, able to receive flawless GPS signals every time?

Then, how do clear the air?

  • To get the greatest results, make sure your GPS gadget is high and in open regions – near windows if you’re in a car or near windows if you’re in a building. To the best of your ability, stay away from regions where GPS coverage is likely to be poor.
  • If you have a GPS device inside your car, consider parking it under the shade of a tree or anywhere where the sun’s fierce rays don’t directly fall on your vehicle.
  • If you are living in areas where the winters are strong, make sure the GPS receiver’s antenna is not covered in snow and try to position the antenna in a way to receive the signals without interruption.
  • Sometimes when you place your GPS receiver inside the car, in rainy seasons when you have your wiper continuously working on your windshield, it can be the one that is blocking out the signal and not necessarily the rainstorms or overcasting clouds.
  • Whenever possible, utilize waterproof GPS trackers or consider obtaining a waterproof casing for it when mounting it outside the vehicle, such as lower portions of the vehicle where it is more susceptible to water and mud during rainy seasons, which could cause the device to malfunction
